Early Literacy and Math Coordinator

Arianna Martinez is the Early Literacy and Math Coordinator for the Yes We Can Read, Plus! Program at Grail Family Services. A proud San Jose native, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development with a community focus from San Jose State University. Passionate about expanding her expertise, she plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Child Development to further enhance the skills and knowledge that support her work.

Before joining Grail Family Services, Arianna worked with elementary school students across the Boys and Girls Club of Silicon Valley and the City of San Jose, focusing on early education in East Side San Jose. She is dedicated to working with children, particularly in under-resourced communities, and helping local youth thrive.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and hiking to unwind and explore new places. Spending time with friends and family is also important to her, helping her stay balanced and connected.
