Sweta Nanduru

Evaluation Manager

Sweta is the Evaluation Manager, responsible for managing the evaluation of all GFS programs and continuing quality improvement projects with an emphasis on measurable outcomes using data. She provides leadership and day-to-day management in the organization’s evolution toward a more data-driven culture.

Sweta has an MS in Healthcare Administration and expertise in data management, operations, and quality improvement. Previously, she worked to modernize the VA’s electronic health records. She is passionate about advancing societal well-being, particularly in empowering families by enhancing access to education and healthcare.

When she is not working, she volunteers in community kitchens, experiments with new recipes, cooks for her family, and maintains her food blog.
