Victoria brings over 10 years of experience working with children and families. After graduating from San Francisco State with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, she began working 1:1 with at-risk youth, providing behavioral support, coaching, and interventions to families. After observing the many socio-economic factors that lead to these unfortunate outcomes, she decided to enter the non-profit sector to become more involved in community programs. Victoria now manages the engagement and provision of training, support, coaching and technical assistance to child care providers participating in our Jobs to Grow program.
