Carmen Águila
Responsable de Matemáticas y Alfabetización Familiar
Carmen is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and evaluating GFS’s family literacy and math programs for parents and their children. She works closely with other GFS staff to ensure the seamless integration of center-based and school-based literacy and math programs. Carmen is from Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco, Mexico and has four years of experience working with the Early Start Program through the San Andreas Regional Center. Carmen graduated from San Jose State University with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Justice Studies. She enjoys exercising and spending time with her family.
